Free P&P includes shipping via second class mail, unless the customer has opted to upgrade postage to first class. You should receive your order within 1-3 days once an order has been placed. European customer should allow a few extra days before contacting us.

RETURNS
We offers a 30
day returns policy on all unused items. We offer only quality merchandise and
for any reason if you are not happy with your order, just return it for a prompt
and courteous refund, credit or exchange. Please return products in their original
condition.
If a product is deemed to faulty after the period of 30 days please send the
item back to us so we can access if the product can be repaired or replaced
under warranty. Due the nature of our hobby each case is assessed based on the
manufactures guidelines.
Li-Poly packs are sold with a 90 warranty from date of purchase.
